My husband and I have been the directors of Pleasant Hills.  We have been working in children's homes for over 10 years.  This one has been the most challenging as we inherited a Home in desperate financial need.  Yet, God has met so many of the needs this year.  
Our Home is operated 100% by donations.  It is a miracle that so much has been done in one year.  Praise the Lord!

As I look back over this past year, I am encouraged.  "With God all things are possible."  As I read your website and saw how your organization has met the needs of so many, I was also encouraged.  God cares and answers so many prayers.

This past year, we have served 50 children.  They were either abused, abandoned, needy or neglected.  We currently have 34 children, ages 3-17 years of age.  It takes alot to "train up a child in the way he should go."  We are trusting Him to provide the finances needed to cover the daily operating costs of the Home.

Your organization will be in our prayers that God will continue to provide for the orphanages overseas with whom you are working.  Thank you for blessing Pleasant Hills Children's Home, also!
